The BLD-GK Ministry have recently received an advisory from Ricky Cuenca,
President and CEO of ANCOP International (Canada) Inc announcing the
unprecedented price increase to the cost of building GK homes.

The advisory states that "due to recent adverse economic realities, we are
constrained to adjust pricing for GK shelter units from Cdn$1,800 to
Cdn$2,300 per unit, effective April 1, 2008". This is whooping increase of
about 28%.

The memo further states the two factors that have led to the price increase
are:

1) Increased cost of housing materials and labour - general inflationary
trends, as well as a steady rise in oil/gasoline prices, have negatively
impacted material and labour cost.

2) Peso appreciation - the peso has dramatically appreciated vs the dollar,
moving from $1 = P50 (this is the basis for the old GK home prices) to about

$1 =P40, in a relatively short period of time.

ANCOP established the following key principles of implementation of the
above
noted price increase:

1)All agreements signed after March 31, 2008 will reflect the new GK shelter

unit prices.

2) For existing partners/donors, the price of $1,800 will be implemented for

the portion of GK homes remitted to ANCOP Canada on or before March 21,
2008. This is to allow ANCOP Canada to take advantage of favorable exchange
rates that may occur towards the end of March.

3) For the balance of the GK shelter units payments remitted to ANCOP Canada

after March 21, 2008, the new price of $2,300 will apply.
