Foundational Verse:
“Come let us praise the Lord! Let us sing for joy to God, who protects us! Let us come before him with thanksgiving and sing joyful songs of praise” (Ps.95:1-2)
Ministry Functions
1. Lead the community in singing praise to God during Worship and Eucharistic Celebrations – enabling all to fully participate in the expressions of praise through music and song.
2. Maintain and regularly update praise and worship songs for the community.
3. Participate and provide support to Community Mission activities and outreaches.
4. Coordinate with Mission Homestead in determining appropriate songs to be used in the Mission fields.
5. Ensure attendance to the weekly Word Sharing Circles.
6. Aspire for the highest possible quality in the singing of praise by regular practices.
7. Ensure community compliance to Church Copyright Licensing Inc. (CCLI) requirements and restrictions.
Structure
1. The Praise Ministry is part of the Evangelization Apostolate.
2. All members of the Praise Ministry must be Covenant Disciples of the Community.
3. Non-covenant members may be accepted as trainees, apprentices or understudies, and must be in the process to covenant discipleship.
4. Praise membership classifications:
• Music – Instrumentalists and vocalists
• Technical – equipments, sound system, computers, projectors
• Administration – reports, schedules, PowerPoint preparation & presentations, etc.

The Praise Ministry provides praise music support to all official gatherings and activities of the community i.e., Corporate Worship, Eucharistic Celebrations, Retreats, Meetings, Seminars, Encounters, Conferences, etc.
