ManagementThe Management Apostolate is responsible for ensuring the proper administration of the Community’s personnel, and material and financial resources, including those of the Foundations, Cooperatives and other institutions or establishments organized by the Community and its Districts for the purpose of enhancing their financial and logistic capabilities in accordance with existing policies and guidelines. The Management Apostolate consists of the following: PastoralIt is tasked to oversee the Pastoral Care Program, as a response to God’s covenant love, by nurturing and caring for each other, thus bringing to maturity in Christ, all those whom the Holy Spirit has entrusted in the Community. The Pastoral Ministry consists of the following Ministries: MissionMission is the apostolate of the Community for social action, to strengthen the parish in building basic ecclesial communities and assisting in breaking the yoke of poverty and oppression. This apostolate consists of the following: EvangelizationEvangelization refers to the development and implementation of the various Encounter Programs and Life in the Spirit Seminars of the BLD Community, particularly of individual BLD Districts, both for adult and youth ministries. Evangelization aids Mission in the conduct and monitoring of such Encounter Programs and Life in the Spirit Seminars in outreaches and parish-assisted projects. This apostolate consists of the following: FormationFormation oversees the spiritual growth of Christian Disciples for service in the Community and in the larger Church.
